What Students Are Saying About our Dental Assistant School
I was looking for a long time to find a career that I could be happy with for the rest of my life. I needed something with good pay, good job security, and most importantly something that I could feel proud of doing everyday. When I found Northshore Dental Assisting Academy it was like all of my prayers had been answered! I first met with Cynthia before starting the program and after talking with her I new that this was the perfect place for me. As I began to make my way through the course I fell more and more in love with this school. Cynthia and all of the teachers used all of their knowledge from their many years of experience to make sure we were being taught all of the most important aspects of dental assisting we would need to have a long and healthy career in dentistry. They really care about all of their students and their dedication to us is plain to see. I graduated less than a year ago and a month before that I had already started my new career as a surgical assistant at a very respectable oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. I love my job! I am learning new things everyday, I am constantly being challenged, and I am proud to tell people what I do. The feeling of knowing that I am finally in control of my future has changed my life, and I owe it all to Northshore Dental Assisting Academy! They made it so easy to get started, the only regret I have is that I didn't get started sooner. If you are considering a career as a dental assistant I strongly recommend you start your journey here (I already did the research for you and for every reason you could think of this is the best school for you).
After a month of searching for a dental assisting program, I’m so glad that I chose to attend this school. They have a very easy class schedule that will work around your work or family schedule. Everything was so organized, and I never felt lost or overwhelmed. They give you a syllabus that explains what you are going to do for each class so that you know what to expect and you can prepare yourself. I also loved that it was a smaller classroom environment, it made me feel comfortable asking questions. The instructors were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they explain things very clearly. They also have a clinical area that really helped prepare me for what it will be like out in an actual office. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this school!
I am thrilled that NSDAA was the program I decided to go through. Cynthia and the gals have been so helpful and supportive during this process, and go above and beyond to make sure every student thrives to their best ability. I can email Cynthia or Galen anytime throughout the week and receive a quick response. Even though my session is coming to an end I know that I can still contact them anytime with a concern and they will still be there to help along the way!
I recently graduated from Northshore Dental Assisting Academy and I couldn't be happier. I have learned so much within 22 weeks and still was able to be a mother, housekeeper, and work full-time all while working towards my dental assisting goals. The Educators there have been nothing but supportive and really want you to succeed. They make sure that you're confident in all that you know before sending you on your way. I really appreciate the wonderful team of educators and the amazing girls I got to learn my new skill with. I appreciate knowing that Cynthia we'll always have her arms open to me if I ever need more assisting or just need an answer to a question. I'm very excited to start this journey thank you Northshore Dental Assisting Academy!
I am a general dentist in NE Seattle. I have hired three dental assistants for my new practice through Northshore Dental Assisting Academy. The each presented ready-to-go for chair side assisting. The Academy well prepared them for assisting, even as they were all new to the dental field. I highly recommend this course for future assistants.
This School is amazing! I loved every minute of my time here and am entering the dental field 100% confident and prepared. At NSDAA they truely care about thier students, I originally went to this June 2017. Due to personal matters outside of school I had to leave the program cause finances. Not only did the staff reach out to me to make sure everything was okay but they offered to enroll me in the next session and transfer my payments I had already made! Thanks to this school I am able to get a job in a career field I have been wanting to work in for years now. I graduated from this last session (Jan 2018 -June 2018) and couldn’t be happier with my education, instructors, career, and friends I made at this school.
